Understand your body. Improve your training. Develop the knowledge to become a stronger, smarter, and more efficient runner.
StrideForger is a running education platform built around exercise science, evidence-based training principles, and the pursuit of continuous improvement. We believe that understanding your training is just as important as completing it.
During my marathon and ultra-marathon career, and while talking to professional runners, I discovered five main pillars for perfecting your race performance. I use these pillars to optimize your speed and overall race performance.

Many specialized workouts to fit YOUR needs for lactate threshold.
Hard work works, and to get a good base you need proper consistency.
Even for races over 26.2, it’s been shown time and time again that VO₂ max DOES help in longer races.

I’m [Your Name], a marathon and ultra-marathon runner, and the founder of StrideForger.
StrideForger grew out of years of racing long distances and, just as importantly, listening. I spent time talking with professional runners about what actually separates a good race from a great one, and the same themes kept coming up. Those conversations, along with my own racing, became the five pillars of the StrideForger method.
Every pillar is something you can train: your mind, your threshold, your aerobic base, your top-end speed, and one more that I share with athletes directly. Together they give runners a plan that makes sense, so every workout has a reason behind it.
My goal is simple: help you become a stronger, smarter, more efficient runner, and give you the knowledge to keep improving long after our work together.
Knowing why a workout works makes you better at doing it, and better at adjusting when life gets in the way.
Training ideas should be tested against research and real racing, not trends.
No two runners respond the same way. Plans fit your body, your schedule and your goals.
